“Usability answers the question, “Can the user accomplish their goal? ”
— Joyce Lee, Human Factors Design at Apple

Are you looking to create solutions that resonate with your customers? Good design focuses on human needs first. In this comprehensive two-day course, you’ll learn how to use a human-centered design approach to creating better solutions. You will use tools, including ethnographic research, personas, scenarios, and design frameworks. You will apply what you learn to a client project in order to demonstrate your understanding.

You’ll learn the process of a strategic problem solving approach, and how it can help you and your organization rethink the products, services, and experiences you offer to your audiences. The workshop will help you learn and practice Design Thinking and build a foundation for a more collaborative, innovative, and effective process.
